We hope you love your Ellbe swimwear — but if it’s not quite right, we offer free returns within the UK and will do our best to make things right. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bikini bottoms unless faulty.
Returns
If you're based in the UK, you can return your item(s) free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

All hygiene stickers and tags must be intact

Items must be returned in their original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bikini bottoms unless faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable

We do not offer refunds on sale items — all sale purchases are final
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please email us at info@ellbe.co.uk with your order number and clear photos within 3 days of delivery. We'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
