How do I determine my size for swimwear?

To find your ideal size, we recommend consulting our size guide available on the product pages. It includes measurements for each size to help you select the best fit based on your body dimensions.

What materials are used in your swimwear?

Our swimwear is made from sustainable fabrics that prioritise both comfort and environmental responsibility. We aim to use materials that are durable, stretchy, and eco-friendly, ensuring that our products are not only stylish but also contribute to a more sustainable future.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within the UK for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that hygiene reasons prevent returns on bikini bottoms unless they are faulty.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For UK shipping, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, while express shipping takes 1–2 business days. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Not just yet — but we're working on it!
We're in the process of setting up international shipping and hope to offer it very soon. We’re so excited to bring Ellbe Clothing to more of you around the world. In the meantime, keep an eye on our socials and sign up to our newsletter for updates on when international shipping goes live!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. This allows you to monitor your package throughout the delivery process.

What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@ellbe.co.uk within 3 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will address the matter promptly.

Can I exchange my swimwear for a different size or style?

We don’t currently offer exchanges. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, need a different size, or would prefer a different style, you’re welcome to return your item to us for free within 14 days for a refund and place a new order.

Please note: Bikini bottoms are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
